Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, maintaining customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication with clients. The role includes managing sales calls, identifying potential customers, following up on leads, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks will also involve collaboration with the sales team, preparing sales reports, and updating customer databases. Qualifications And Key Responsibilities Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation and qualify through calls,emails and online platforms. Maintaining customer databases and updating regularly in ERPNext. Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Support Sales Campaigns and promotional activities. Track Sales Pipeline and preparing sales reports Excellent Communication abilities Analyze sales metrics,identifying bottlenecks and implement continously improvement process. Relevant experience in sales or a related field Strong business acumen and profiency in CRM tools. Priority given to the candidate who have in depth technical knowledge of robotic automation field. Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution,e- commerce and supply chain operations. Internal coordination for kick-off meeting on receipt of purchase order and handling correspondence like performa invoice,order acknowledgement and bank guarantee etc. To make MIS reports available to top management for decision making. Keeping track of payment and payment follow-ups at all stages. Work order processing among relevant department. May oversee pre-sales technical supports and manage contract terms and review process with team. Executing all other tasks given by management. Ability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree in engineering,business,supply chain or a related field is preferred Experience required-2-3 years.Freshers are invited.
