Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist Location: Sector-18, Gurgaon, Work From Office Job Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with proven end-to-end B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure — while building strong relationships with clients and contributing to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and outbound process. Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential clients Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly Manage and track the complete sales cycle in the CRM system Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms, and close deals Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies Maintain long-term client relationships and upsell when applicable Requirements: 2–7 years of experience in B2B inside sales Experience handling the full sales cycle independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player Preferred: Experience in SaaS/IT/Product-based companies Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Compensation Package: Quarterly bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Where are you currently residing?
