With our 1:1 online classes, we make learning personalized and result oriented. Job Summary We are hiring for its sales & client relationship management team in Gurgaon. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic & go-getter person to work in our fast-growing business development team. Skills and Experience: 1-3 years of business development/sales experience; Experience in EdTech, Financial Services or Technology will be preferred A Management Degree in Business Administration is preferred Minimum Graduate (Full time program) from a reputed university Basic proficiency in CRM Management Excellent command over Hindi & English Hunger for growth & zest for learning Ability to work under pressure Unlimited opportunities for learning & growth Key job responsibilities Advising prospective parents as per their child s requirement and assist them in booking the right tutor Aligning the parent and tutor through messages and calls Generating referrals from existing parents as well as social media Comply with the internal sales process, policies and regulations Work with and through the CRM software and Company owned software Working with our Brand Partners to oversee the success of sponsored campaigns Meeting the targets as specified by the organization Location & Timing Gurgaon- Golf course extension 6 days working Mon-Fri- Work from office Saturday- Work from home CTC INR 3.25 to 5 lakhs per annum Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Compensation Package: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/07/2025
