How will you make an impact?

We are hiring Infrastructure Audit Executives to be part of our newly established Central Audit Function. The role is responsible for remote audits of our retail centres and hubs via CCTV, ensuring adherence to infrastructure-related SOPs and checklists. Ideal candidates are vigilant, observant, and experienced in infrastructure compliance or security vigilance.

What will you get to do?

• Conduct daily infrastructure audits of all OCC centres, hubs etc using live and recorded CCTV footage
• Verify cleanliness, instrument placement, stockkeeping, safety compliance, and overall SOP adherence
• Maintain and update SOP-based audit checklists for each location type (Retail / Hub / OCC)
• Tag and report non-compliances with timestamped visual proof
• Escalate critical deviations for immediate corrective action
• Submit weekly and monthly compliance score reports for each centre
• Collaborate with Ops/Facilities/HR teams to track follow-ups and repeat offences
• Ensure audit logs are properly maintained for quality and legal review

Skills we are looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in lab vigilance, healthcare compliance, or infrastructure audit
• Experience using CCTV surveillance systems to monitor hygiene and operational SOPs
• Knowledge of diagnostic lab operations and safety protocols (NABL/GCLP/ISO preferred)
• Proficiency in basic tools like MS Excel, audit dashboards, and Google Sheets
• Ability to observe small deviations and accurately document findings
• Strong sense of integrity, discretion, and process adherence
