We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web and mobile app technologies and a strong ability to consult, pitch, and close deals with clients. Your main role will be to identify business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into long-term projects. Key Responsibilities Identify, generate, and qualify leads via various sales and marketing channels Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions (web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, etc.) Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions with prospective clients. Collaborate with the business analyst and tech team to draft proposals, estimates, and project scopes. Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to generate repeat business. Maintain and update CRM tools with client interactions and sales activity. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market intelligence. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Proven track record in IT sales, preferably in a web/mobile app development agency. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of web/app technologies (CMS, Laravel, MERN, Flutter, etc.). Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience in B2B IT consulting or agency sales. Prior work with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, etc.) Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Zoho CRM.
