Key Responsibilities: Identifying and Understanding Customer Needs: Proactively identify potential customers and understand their specific needs, challenges, and opportunities within the industrial sector. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's Degree: Typically , a bachelor's degree in engineering, a related technical field, or a strong business background is required. Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of industrial products, processes, and technologies is essential. Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and deal closing is crucial. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze customer needs, identify solutions, and address technical challenges is essential. CRM and Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) and Microsoft Office suites is often required. Self-Motivation and Goal-Orientation: The ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve targets is important. Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies: Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships. Providing Technical Support and Information: Offer technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solutions to customers to address their needs and concerns. Collaborating with Internal Teams: Work closely with engineering, product development, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes. Negotiating and Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and other deal terms to secure sales and achieve profitability. Staying Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's products and services remain relevant. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation to monitor performance and guide future strategies.
