About the Role:

HR Trainee

Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Identify and implement strategies for effective and timely hiring across departments.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, documentation, and routine tasks.
• Coordinate and maintain internal communication across teams to ensure clarity and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR standards.
• Maintain and update employee database and HR records accurately and systematically.
• Handle inventory management of office and employee essentials.
• Support the HR Associate with any HR-related tasks, projects, or events as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Prior experience or internships in the HR field, especially in IT recruitment, is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams.
• Good understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude with strong organisational skills.
