Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in alignment with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook in compliance with healthcare laws and best practices.
  • Monitor staff attendance and leaves, and compile accurate payroll inputs for timely processing.
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a professional and sensitive manner.
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition events tailored for healthcare professionals.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure documentation is updated and secured.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory compliance such as ESI, PF, gratuity, maternity benefits, and clinical licensing norms where applicable.

Administration

  • Supervise daily administrative operations of the hospital/clinic including cleanliness, housekeeping, biomedical waste management, security, and facility upkeep.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and stock levels of office and medical supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Liaise with facility vendors and service providers for maintenance, medical equipment servicing, AMC renewals, and infrastructure repairs.
  • Maintain and update contracts, licenses, accreditations, insurance policies, fire safety, and other regulatory compliance documents.
  • Provide logistical support for medical camps, training workshops, accreditation inspections, and internal review meetings.
  • Assist management in planning and coordinating hospital events and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage HR and admin-related budgets with cost control and optimal resource utilization in mind.

Marketing & Outreach Coordination

  • Coordinate with the marketing team or external healthcare marketing agencies to support brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Track execution of outreach programs, health camps, digital campaigns, and patient education initiatives.
  • Maintain promotional materials, content calendars, and social media presence aligned with hospital branding.
  • Support planning of CME programs, awareness drives, and wellness camps to enhance the hospitals community footprint.
  • Track basic campaign metrics and prepare periodic performance summaries for review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,069.24 per month
