Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Reports To: Director of Company & Floor Manager
Location: VKI Jaipur
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and enforcing company policies. This role ensures the HR department operates efficiently and aligns with the business’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program; work with finance to manage compensation and benefits.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation, both digitally and in hard copy.
  • Promote a positive working environment and ensure company values are upheld.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven working experience (3+ years) as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS).
  • Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
