Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The role involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Manager will also manage the recruitment and selection process, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Qualifications

• Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates for open positions
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to manage HR operations and address employee needs
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus

• Exp. in the Information Technology & Services is Mandatory.
