Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Manage HR operations including attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, employee records, and HRIS management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness and statutory compliance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and ensure a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with academic and non-academic departments for timely manpower fulfilment and operational requirements.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
• Support performance management processes, appraisals, and learning & development initiatives.
• Prepare HR MIS reports for management review on a monthly basis.
• Ensure statutory compliance related to labour laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 5-10 years in Human Resources with strong expertise in recruitment and HR operations. Experience in the education sector is preferable.

• Education:

  Graduate with MBA/PGDM in HR Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
