Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive (Finance) to manage statutory compliance, payroll processing, and financial aspects related to HR. The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical skills and hands-on experience in handling PF, PT, ESIC, and invoices while ensuring compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Statutory Compliance Management:

Ensure timely calculation, deduction, and payment of Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Employee State Insurance (ESIC).

Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and government policies.

Coordinate with auditors and government bodies for compliance audits and inspections.

Payroll & Employee Benefits Administration:

Assist in processing salary components, deductions, and reimbursements.

Handle gratuity, bonus, and other statutory benefits as per company policies.

Address employee queries related to salary, deductions, and tax structures.

Invoice & Vendor Management:

Verify and process HR-related invoices (recruitment agencies, employee benefits, payroll outsourcing, etc.).

Maintain records of payments and ensure timely vendor settlements.

HR Finance & Reporting:

Prepare and maintain reports related to employee salary, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.

Reconcile payroll and finance records with accounts to ensure accuracy.

Support budgeting and financial forecasting related to HR expenses.

HR Operations :

Manage and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.

Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and security of employee records.

Assist in policy implementation and ensure adherence to labor laws.

Support employee lifecycle activities, including promotions, transfers, and exits.

Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
