Job Responsibilities:
As an HR Executive, you will:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
• Plan and implement employee engagement activities and company events.
• Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Conduct periodic reviews, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development strategies.

Applicant Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a creative or digital agency environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and a people-first approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
