As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for handling key HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the organization. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for building strong, productive work environments. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and help resolve workplace issues. Performance Management : Coordinate and track employee performance reviews, helping managers implement development plans. HR Documentation : Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents. Training & Development : Support employee training programs, help in identifying skill gaps, and facilitate workshops to foster continuous learning. Employee Engagement : Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and team-building activities. HR Reports : Generate HR reports for management and assist in strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Coordinator, or similar role (0-1 years preferred). Strong understanding of HR functions and practices, including recruitment, performance management, and payroll. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
