About the Company

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead our human resources function.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of progressive HR experience and a proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s objectives
Lead talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding
Design and implement performance management systems and employee development plans
Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
