Job Title: * Human Resource Analyst* Key Responsibilities: • Audit and Monitoring: o Conduct regular and random audits of recruitment data, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external legal regulations. o Review job postings, candidate data, hiring decisions, and offer documentation to validate compliance with company standards and local employment laws. o Develop audit checklists and assessment tools to monitor adherence to recruitment compliance requirements. • Process Improvement: o Identify gaps in recruitment compliance and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement corrective action plans. o Propose improvements to recruitment workflows, tools, and documentation to enhance compliance and mitigate risk. • Compliance Enforcement: o Ensure that recruitment activities align with relevant labour laws, diversity and inclusion policies, and data privacy regulations such as DPDPA (Digital Personal Data Protection Act). o Ensure recruitment partners and third-party vendors meet compliance requirements and ethical standards. o Monitor compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations and guidelines, ensuring fair hiring practices are in place. • Reporting and Documentation: o Maintain thorough records of audit findings, compliance reports, and corrective actions taken. o Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and areas requiring attention. o Ensure consistent documentation and record-keeping of all recruitment activities to meet audit standards. • Training and Awareness: o Provide ongoing training and guidance to the recruitment team on compliance-related policies, processes, and regulations. o Conduct workshops or awareness programs to enhance knowledge of recruitment compliance best practices. • Stakeholder Collaboration: o Collaborate with HR, legal, and recruitment teams to align on compliance priorities and address any discrepancies found during audits. o Act as a point of contact for internal and external audits related to recruitment compliance. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, compliance, audit, or a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and recruitment processes. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Experience with audit processes, risk management, and reporting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear recommendations and training to cross-functional teams. • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., DPDPA) and experience auditing recruitment processes for compliance. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple audits and projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: • Professional certification in HR, compliance, or auditing. • Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Show more Show less
