• Supported the end-to-end performance management process, including coordinating performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Assisted in managing Learning & Development programs, from training needs analysis to program delivery, ensuring continuous employee development and skills enhancement.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and address performance gaps and employee development opportunities, contributing to improved employee engagement and productivity.
• Proficient in utilizing tools like Workday, CSOD (Cornerstone OnDemand), and in-house LMS tools to streamline HR operations and also track employee training progress, ensuring compliance with mandatory training programs.
• Analyzed HR data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership, helping to improve the effectiveness of performance management and learning strategies.
• Supported the creation and delivery of learning content, including onboarding programs, leadership development, and soft skills training.
• Maintained accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Participated in HR projects aimed at streamlining processes and improvingoverall efficiency in employee development and performance management.
