Job Title: HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha (onsite)

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can not only drive hiring initiatives but also play an active role in building our employer brand and institutional partnerships.

Role Overview:

This is a strategic role that combines recruitment, employer branding, and HR operations. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and on boarding candidates while also promoting Clogic Softtech through campus engagements, job fairs, and client outreach.

Note: This role requires regular travel for campus drives, placement events, client acquisition meetings, and brand promotion activities.

******Candidates must be open to field visits across Odisha and nearby states.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across internal and client-based roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct screenings, schedule interviews, and ensure timely on boarding.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with delivery and placement goals.

Employer Branding & Client/College Outreach

  • Represent Clogic Softtech during college drives, placement talks, job fairs, and training events.
  • Travel to colleges, universities, and partner institutions to establish and maintain recruitment partnerships.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop recruitment campaigns and social media content.
  • Assist in generating leads for corporate training, internship collaborations, and talent consulting projects.

Core HR Operations:

  • Assist in on boarding processes, documentation, induction sessions, and HR database management.
  • Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, performance monitoring, and exit coordination.
  • Collaborate with delivery, training, and operations teams to ensure talent alignment with project goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • MBA/BBA is preferred . Anyone graduate with a hustle power and interest to work in a dynamic environment are most welcome to apply.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR recruitment or staffing, preferably in a consulting or training environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in public speaking and institutional engagements.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for institutional visits, branding events, and client meetings.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/HRMS systems, and basic HR documentation.
  • Exposure to recruitment marketing, campus outreach, or employer branding is a strong advantage.
  • Highly organized, energetic, and capable of working in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
