Track hiring metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and cost per hire. Ensure a strong candidate experience through timely communication and process transparency. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices. Liaise with external recruitment partners, if required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 to 10 years of hands-on recruitment experience, including talent mapping and senior-level hiring. No more than 2 job switches in total career span. Immediate joiner preferred or max 15-day notice. Proficient in using ATS, Excel, and sourcing platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong ability to assess technical and cultural fit. Capable of handling multiple open roles with minimal supervision. Preferred Attributes: Experience recruiting in sectors like IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, BFSI, or Consulting. Exposure to bulk hiring, niche roles, and headhunting. Familiarity with recruitment analytics and dashboards. Strong professional network across industries.
