Job Title: HR and Operations Associate Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid) Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic HR and Operations Associate intern to support our HR and operations teams. This 3-month internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Assist in recruitment activities (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). Support onboarding processes for new employees. Help maintain employee records and track performance reviews. Participate in operational process improvements and event coordination. Compile data and prepare reports. Qualifications: Recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
