Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the HR function in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, driving employee engagement, and supporting business goals through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
  • Onboard new employees and conduct induction programs.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture.
  • Foster effective communication between employees and management.
  • Compliance & Statutory Requirements:
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws including ESI, PF, and Factory Act.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities and maintain necessary records and audits.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee records and registers.
  • Performance Management:
  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and reviewing staff performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Payroll & Attendance:
  • Coordinate with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Oversee attendance management and leave tracking systems.
  • HR Policies & Procedures:
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with company goals and labor laws.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies across all departments.
  • Health, Safety & Welfare:
  • Collaborate with Safety Officers and Welfare Officers to ensure workplace safety and employee well-being.
  • Organize training on health & safety standards as per compliance norms.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Min 12 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRMS systems, and statutory compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
