Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and resourceful HR Generalist to join our team and take charge of end-to-end HR functions. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage daily HR functions while contributing to long-term people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle full-cycle recruitment – job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Ensure seamless induction, orientation, documentation, and exit processes including full and final settlements and exit interviews.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize engagement activities, manage grievance redressal, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Attendance, Leave & HR Records Management: Maintain accurate HR data including attendance, leave tracking, employee files, and database updates.
  • Performance Management: Assist in goal setting, coordinate appraisal cycles, maintain performance records, and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Policy Development & Implementation: Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Training & Development: Support identification of training needs, arrange learning sessions, and monitor development initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, leave, and performance data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR operations role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, labor legislation, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HRIS platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
