Job Title: HR Generalist - InternshipCompany Name: Sansera EngineeringSansera Engineering is seeking a proactive and motivated HR Generalist Intern to support our HR department in various functions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and other HR processes. This role provides an opportunity to learn about HR best practices and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the HR team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Participate in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and feedback.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team for various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in handling employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Skills And Tools Required

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HR software or databases (HRIS knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
