Key Responsibilities Identify and troubleshoot tooling problems on the production floor Develop and implement tooling improvements to increase efficiency and quality Work with cross-functional teams to design and build new tools and fixtures Provide technical support and training to production personnel Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and implement continuous improvement projects Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times Analysis of Tool breakage, and take further decision for its improvement Knowledge of SAP working Qualifications Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or tooling engineering Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Show more Show less
