Job Title: HR Executive / HR Associate Location: Kochi Vacancies: 5 to 6 positions Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Description:We are seeking dynamic and experienced HR Executives / HR Associates to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain employee records and HR databases Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration Support in performance appraisal procedures Coordinate training sessions and development programs Handle employee grievances and provide solutions in alignment with company policy Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Prepare reports and presentations as required by management Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role Strong knowledge of HR functions and labor laws Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset Preferred Attributes:Prior experience in a corporate HR setup Familiarity with HRMS or HR software tools Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
