Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Bharatpur, Bhubaneswar
Reporting to: MD, Scottish Cafe Pvt. Ltd.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department in managing daily HR operations, recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR functions within the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in manpower planning and end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate joining formalities.
  • Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee records.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare:
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, training sessions, and welfare activities.
  • Address employee queries and concerns with empathy and confidentiality.
  • Attendance & Payroll Support:
  • Track daily attendance and leave management using HRMS tools.
  • Coordinate with accounts for timely payroll processing and documentation.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure timely submission of compliance reports and audits.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support in conducting appraisals, feedback sessions, and maintaining performance records.
  • Disciplinary Action & Policy Implementation:
  • Ensure company policies are communicated and implemented effectively.
  • Assist in managing grievances, disciplinary procedures, and exit formalities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in hospitality/F&B sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,199.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
