Urgent hiring for HR executive and female Candidates prefered. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding. Employee Relations : Serve as a liaison between management and employees. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.Gusto Performance Management : Implement and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and delivering constructive feedback. Training & Development : Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support career growth and skill enhancement initiatives for employees.Gusto Compensation & Benefits : Administer competitive compensation structures and benefits programs. Ensure alignment with industry standards and organizational budget. HR Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Conduct regular audits and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements. Workplace Policies : Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies are communicated effectively and consistently applied across the organization. Employee Engagement & Retention : Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. HR Analytics & Reporting : Utilize HR metrics and data analytics to inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports on HR activities, trends, and outcomes for senior management. Change Management : Support organizational change initiatives. Assist in managing transitions and ensuring smooth implementation of new processes or structures.
