Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening,
and interview coordination.
· Maintain and update HR records and employee databases.
· Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
· Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
· Help in drafting HR policies and documentation.
· Address employee queries and assist in HR operations.
· Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Requirements:
· Pursuing or completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
· Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
