Position Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and responsible HR Executive with a strong recruitment background to join our dynamic team. This role involves a balanced mix of Recruitment (60%) and HR Operations & Team Handling (40%). The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, confident in handling end-to-end recruitment cycles, and capable of supporting the team in achieving hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Source and screen candidates through platforms like Naukri, Indeed, JobsHai, and other job portals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
• Maintain strong coordination with clients for job updates and feedback
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of junior recruiters
• Manage internal HR operational tasks, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain recruitment MIS and regular tracking sheets
• Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain candidate pipelines
• Conduct telephonic and in-person HR rounds, wherever required
• Assist in internal training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably with a recruitment consultancy)
• Prior experience in hiring for Non-IT, Manufacturing, or Engineering industries is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of various job portals and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle pressure
• Demonstrated leadership and team-handling experience
• Good command over Excel, Email drafting, and HR documentation
• Local candidates from Ahmedabad or nearby areas will be preferred

Salary:

Open for the right candidate, based on experience and skillset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
