Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles. Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads. Handle onboarding formalities including documentation, induction, and orientation. Employee Records & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date employee records in HRMS or database systems. Prepare and update HR reports, such as headcount and attrition data. Payroll & Benefits: Support monthly payroll processing by gathering attendance and leave data. Ensure accuracy in benefits administration like insurance and reimbursements. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain records of disciplinary actions and other HR documentation. Performance Management: Assist in implementing the performance appraisal process. Monitor performance reviews and follow up with department heads. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Address employee concerns and provide timely support. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and track employee participation. Maintain training records and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months-1 year of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist roles. Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws. Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., SAP HR, Zoho People, etc.). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Preferred Skills: Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus. Experience in handling HR audits or ISO compliance is an advantage.
