Job Description Profile: HR Business Partner Experience: Minimum 3 Years’ Experience in HR Salary: 3.60 Lacs to 4.80 Lacs per annum Location: Noida Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s strategic goals Act as a liaison between management and employees, resolving concerns and grievances Lead the full recruitment and selection process Support business growth by nurturing employee engagement, motivation, and retention Oversee HR systems, policies, and procedures across the organization Cultivate a healthy and collaborative workplace culture Manage performance review processes to enhance productivity and accountability Administer compensation structures and employee benefits programs Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate development programs Provide management with HR metrics and insights for informed decision-making Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies Requirements Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role Strong people management and result-oriented approach Solid understanding and application of HR metrics Proficient in HR software, databases, and systems Strategic thinking with strong leadership capabilities Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 06/10/2025
