Designation: HR Assistant Location: Nashik Experience : Freshers can apply Salary: 10, 000-15, 000 Joining Status: Immediately The HR Assistant supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department. They assist with administrative tasks, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and general HR functions, ensuring smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and databases. Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and onboarding forms. Help organize training and development initiatives. Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information. Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related materials (physical and digital). Support in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes. Monitor office attendance, leaves, and prepare related reports. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word). Familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
