About the Role:

We’re hiring an HR & Admin Executive to support daily operations, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, and administrative functions. This role demands someone who’s organized, approachable, and understands the value of a smooth, efficient workplace environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups)
  • Maintain employee records, onboarding documents, and HR databases
  • Coordinate team events, celebrations, and internal communications
  • Handle day-to-day office admin: vendors, supplies, logistics, etc.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and support
  • Assist in payroll coordination and basic compliance processes
  • Needs to be hands-on with transactions, payroll.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR, Admin, or People Operations
  • Excellent organization and multitasking skills
  • Clear communication and a people-first attitude
  • Familiarity with Excel, HR tools, or attendance systems
  • Mumbai-based and open to working from office
