Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support role. Department: IT Support / IT Services Reports To: IT Manager / IT Head Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled IT Help Desk Analyst to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues and assisting users with IT-related challenges. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users. Troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware and software issues. Manage user accounts, permissions, and Active Directory configurations. Support IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud applications. Assist with system upgrades, patches, and security updates. Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures. Train end-users on software tools and best practices. Collaborate with IT teams on projects and system improvements. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role. Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments, Office 365, and remote support tools. Experience with networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP) and troubleshooting VPNs. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira,ServiceNow, Zendesk). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
