Role Description

As Site Head, you will oversee the sales team and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded by the team collectively by guiding & mentoring them. You will develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will also monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the Sales Team, providing guidance, coaching & support to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales goals align with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to senior management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Qualifications

  • 8-12 years’ experience in real estate sales
  • Master’s in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales leader with a strong track record
  • Skilled in team building, strategy, and execution
  • Tech-savvy with expertise in market insights and brand planning
  • Strong business acumen and high emotional intelligence
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and data-driven
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and decision-making skills
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven
  • Adaptive, collaborative, and results-focused
