Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) - Electronics to join our team in the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) or Core Electronics Industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in electronics and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and systems.
• Work with SMT processes, including PCB assembly and soldering techniques.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of electronic products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new product features.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and schematics.
• Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation.
• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the SMT and electronics industry.

Required Skills:

• Understanding of electronic components, circuits.
• Basic knowledge of Electronics Industry
• Hands-on experience with soldering, debugging, and assembling electronic circuits.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel is an added advantage for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to speak and write fluently in English and Marathi.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
