Job Description

Google Ads Specialist Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and enhance paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads platforms, proven experience in running successful PPC campaigns, and the ability to analyze data to drive effective ad strategies. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video) to meet client/business objectives. Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords for optimization. Performance Optimization: Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad placements. Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. Ad Creation and Testing: Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives. Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve campaign performance. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics and Ads reporting tools. Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across campaigns to ensure optimal performance. Market Research and Trends: Stay updated on Google Ads policies, tools, and industry trends. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role. Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video) and Google Analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking. Excellent communication and writing skills for ad copy creation. Familiarity with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus. Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search Certification) are preferred. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns. Soft Skills: Attention to detail.
