Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to join our backend development team. You will be responsible for building efficient, high-performing, and scalable backend systems and APIs using the Go programming language.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain robust backend services using Go (Golang)
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with proper documentation
Build RESTful APIs and microservices that support core business functionality
Optimize application performance and scalability
Integrate third-party services, databases, and other backend components
Write and maintain unit tests, participate in code reviews, and follow best practices
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams
Ensure the application meets high standards of performance and security

Requirements

Proven experience as a backend developer using Golang (1-3+ years or more)
Strong understanding of Go routines, concurrency, and data structures
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and microservices architecture
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
Experience with version control tools like Git
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Familiarity with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ
Prior experience in Agile/Scrum teams
Knowledge of GraphQL (optional)
