Roles and Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain

  OpenShift environments

  to ensure robust and scalable container orchestration.
• Ensure

  high availability, performance, and reliability

  of OpenShift clusters across all stages of the software lifecycle.
• Monitor and optimize

  cluster performance

  and resource utilization.
• Hands-on experience managing

  ODF (OpenShift Data Foundation)

  with

  Ceph storage

  .
• Implement

  security best practices

  , RBAC policies, and compliance measures within the cluster.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the OpenShift ecosystem—covering nodes, pods, services, and storage.
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to support

  seamless application deployment

  and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and provide

  training/support

  to internal teams as required.
• Conduct and validate

  backups, disaster recovery drills

  , and cluster restoration activities.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5–12+ years of experience in

  Kubernetes/OpenShift administration

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  containerization technologies

  (Docker).
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools.

• Strong understanding of

  networking and security concepts

  in container environments (Service Mesh, Network Policies, TLS, etc.).
• Proven expertise in

  troubleshooting and debugging

  large-scale distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills—both

  written and verbal

  —with a strong documentation mindset.
