Job Title: Full Stack Developer( MERN Stack) Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Alwar, Rajasthan Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 15 K- 20 K PM Industry: IT / Software Development Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end development, writing clean code, and working in an agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack. Build reusable components and front-end libraries using React.js. Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers in an agile environment. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvements. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack. Required Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript , ES6+ and familiarity with TypeScript (preferred). Hands-on experience with React.js , including functional components, hooks, and state management (e.g., Redux or Context API). Proficient in Node.js and Express.js for server-side development. Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose for database operations. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices. Familiarity with version control tools such as Git . Basic understanding of DevOps and deployment tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus. Good problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Firebase . Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress). Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to Next.js or other full-stack frameworks is a bonus. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
