Frontend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain highly responsive user interfaces using React.js (or equivalent modern frameworks).
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Integrate APIs and work with JSON data, RESTful services, and GraphQL.
• Ensure design consistency and brand standards across all web projects.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.
• Maintain documentation and provide technical guidance to junior developers as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development, tools, and best practices.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

  4–5 years of proven front-end development experience with a strong portfolio of web applications.

• Technology Stack:

  Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js (or Vue.js/Angular), Next JS, Redux, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS/SCSS.

• Version Control:

  Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.

• Testing:

  Familiarity with unit testing using Jest, React Testing Library or equivalent.

Primary Skills:

• UI/UX Expertise:

  Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Performance Optimization:

  Skilled in lazy loading, code splitting, and front-end performance tuning.

• Collaboration:

  Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating with product managers, designers, and QA.

• Clean Code Practices:

  Adheres to SOLID principles, component-based architecture, and reusable code patterns.

Optional Skills:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

  in a DevOps environment.

• Basic understanding of back-end technologies

  like Node.js or databases (MongoDB/MySQL) is a plus.
