On2Cook is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to serve as our Front Desk Operator & Events Coordinator. This dual-role position is responsible for managing the reception area and providing key administrative and coordination support for public events. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth planning, setup, and delivery of exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations

• Manage reception responsibilities: attend phone calls, welcome visitors, and maintain guest and inquiry records.
• Oversee front-office setup to ensure it is professional, clean, and well-organized at all times.
• Support logistics coordination for travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, couriers, and vendor management.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and facility-related tasks as required.

Events Coordination:

• Maintain and circulate a well-planned Events Calendar.
• Coordinate with event/exhibition organizers and ensure timely stall booking/finalization.
• Secure early bird offers and plan logistics in advance to optimize cost-efficiency.
• Maintain a central repository of all exhibits including designs, vendor contacts, and event documentation.
• Ensure proactive and clear internal communication across departments regarding upcoming events and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience in front desk, admin support, or event coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, public-facing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; knowledge of scheduling software and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
• Interest or background in the arts, culture, or event management is desirable.
