Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience in material sourcing/procurement, particularly with plastic, metal, and electronic components. Proven track record sourcing from both Indian and international vendors. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of supplier management and quality-control processes.
