Role: Founder’s Office: Business Strategy & Operations

Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the Founder on business planning and execution
  • Drive business development and client engagement strategies
  • Oversee operational processes for compliance and risk management services
  • Lead marketing and branding efforts across channels
  • Manage internal teams and help shape organizational culture
  • Support stakeholder communication, investor readiness, and pitch decks
  • Identify growth opportunities and build scalable business models

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and research skills with a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement experience
  • Background in sales, marketing, or consulting preferred
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute rapidly
  • Exposure to compliance, data privacy, or risk management is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields
  • Master’s or MBA is a strong advantage
