What Youll Do This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You ll work directly with the founders to accelerate growth across key functions, including: Partnerships & Outreach: Support outreach to experts, agencies, and hiring partners; ideate and execute on strategic growth partnerships. Talent Discovery: Help surface great marketing talent source experts, review profiles, and assist in matching to client needs. Product Growth: Help shape messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market materials for new features, tools, and drops. Grow into owning product metrics Content & Social: Create witty, smart content across social media, emailers & Linkedin Ops & Growth Experiments: Be the first to test new features, run acquisition experiments, and bring feedback into product discussions. You Might Be a Fit If You: Are a sharp generalist with 1-4 years of experience in content, growth, marketing, or partnerships; strong preference for experience at funded startups or premium agencies Are curious about the future of work, marketplaces, and the creator economy Can write clearly and think strategically Are comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching you enjoy being in build mode Why This Role?
