Role: Founder’s Office: Business Strategy & Operations This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru , ideal for a dynamic individual who will work closely with the Founder/Director in shaping the company’s strategic direction and ensuring seamless execution. As a key member of the Founder’s Office , you will drive growth initiatives, oversee compliance and consulting operations, support strategic partnerships, and help build a high-performance culture. This cross-functional role offers exposure to every facet of a growing consulting firm and demands a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. Key Responsibilities Collaborate directly with the Founder on business planning and execution Drive business development and client engagement strategies Oversee operational processes for compliance and risk management services Lead marketing and branding efforts across channels Manage internal teams and help shape organizational culture Support stakeholder communication, investor readiness, and pitch decks Identify growth opportunities and build scalable business models Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills with a problem-solving mindset Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement experience Background in sales, marketing, or consulting preferred Proven leadership and team management capabilities Strategic thinking with the ability to execute rapidly Exposure to compliance, data privacy, or risk management is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related fields Master’s or MBA is a strong advantage Benefits Opportunity to work closely with the Founder and shape company strategy Initial contributions will focus on active involvement to help generate revenue Compensation will be based on performance and revenue generated
