Roles/Responsibilities:
This position provides comprehensive technical support for Miraclon’s FLEXCEL Solutions to our customers, with adherence to processes defined by Miraclon’s technical support playbooks. The employee provides day-to-day troubleshooting, Diagnosis & repair, technical consultation and proactive services. The individual should be very proficient in hardware used by our flexographic packaging customers, and over-time very proficient in the corresponding process and print application support.
In this role you are reporting to the Regional Technical Support Manager.
