Job Description: As an STM32 with Display Working Firmware Engineer at VONI SMARTIoT Pvt Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and optimizing firmware for STM32 microcontrollers with display interfaces. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to create robust and efficient firmware that drives displays and interacts with various sensors and peripherals. Responsibilities: Firmware Development: Develop and maintain firmware for STM32 microcontrollers, focusing on display integration and user interface interaction. Display Integration: Interface with different display technologies such as TFT LCDs, OLEDs, or e-paper displays, ensuring seamless communication and optimal performance. Sensor Integration: Integrate sensors and peripherals as required for the project, including touchscreens, accelerometers, or other input devices. Code Optimization: Optimize firmware to maximize performance and minimize resource utilization, such as RAM and Flash memory. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve firmware-related issues, including debugging hardware-software interactions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for firmware designs, implementation, and test procedures. Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and QA teams to ensure the successful integration of firmware with hardware and software components. Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and reliability of the firmware, ensuring it meets project requirements and specifications. Firmware Updates: Stay up to date with STM32 microcontroller developments and implement firmware updates as necessary to enhance functionality and security. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in embedded firmware development, with a focus on STM32 microcontrollers. Familiarity with development tools and environments, such as Keil, IAR Embedded Workbench, or STM32CubeIDE. Strong Knowledge and experience in developing graphical user Interfaces (GUIs) in embedded systems. Experience with tools like Embedded Wizard or Touch GFX is preferable. Knowledge of Display interfaces like RGB, LVDS, DSI, HDMI, etc. is a must. Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages. Experience with display technologies and protocols (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART). Strong understanding of hardware-software interaction and debugging techniques. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience with graphics libraries (e.g., FreeRTOS, LVGL) is a plus.
