Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Sector-132,Noida Company Name : A1 Nut Foods Experience:- 2+ Years in FMCG Sales Working days:- Monday to Saturday Working time:- 10 Am to 7Pm Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face interactions. This role requires extensive travel within Delhi-NCR and a proactive approach to sales. Key Responsibilities i) Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities within Delhi-NCR through research, networking, and cold calling. ii) Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, present product solutions, and close sales. iii) Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. iv) Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. v) Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly. vi) Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions. vii) Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment of strategies. Qualifications i) Education: 12th pass or graduation (in any field) ii) Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG Industry. iii) Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. iv) Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. o Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively. Own vehicle preferred.
