Profile:- Senior Sales Executive Company name:- Shri Balaji Overseas Pvt Ltd Location:- Pitampura Delhi Working Days:- Monday to Saturday Timing:- 9.30 Am to 7 Pm Salary:- 20000-40000 PM Experience:- 3 to 5 Years in sales Job Description: We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Senior Sales Executive (2 candidates) with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in independently handling sales and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term clients • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships • Identify opportunities to increase company revenue and profitability • Effectively pitch products/services and close deals independently • Negotiate with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance Requirements: • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience • Strong negotiation and convincing skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to increase turnover independently • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset • Open to both male and female candidates
